Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. One official entry per person. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. The number of entries per drawing determines the odds of winning. Employees of Bal Harbour, their agencies and families are not eligible to participate. Need not be present to win. A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted. Winner will be notified by either mail or email. Winner will have two weeks from the date of drawing to claim prize. Some blackout dates apply. Total value of prize shall not exceed $8000.00. Prize must be claimed in person. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash value. Any prize not claimed in the allotted time period will be awarded through an alternate drawing.
Winner's name available upon request. To receive prize, winner must sign an eligibility affidavit and publicity/liability release form. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility. Void where regulated or prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to: a.) the Contest Rules; b.) release, discharge, and hold harmless Bal Harbour Village, its officers, agents, and employees (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, including, without limitation, any travel related thereto; and c.) this contest is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, with venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Bal Harbour Village reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest.
