OVERVIEW
The Sea View Hotel is located in prestigious Bal Harbour, Florida on the white sands of Miami Beach directly across from the renowned Bal Harbour Shops. Established in 1948, this unique European style hotel was one of the first structures to grace Bal Harbour Village’s coastline and remains so today, spearheading the towns’ early positioning as a luxury destination. Located approximately 30 minutes from Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale Airports, the beachfront hotel is within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, just minutes from South Beach & the Art Deco District.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Hotel features 220 newly renovated and appointed guest rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean or Biscayne Bay. Most rooms have a private balcony with spectacular views. Also available are one or two bedroom suites with living and dining rooms including kitchen facilities. All room amenities include king, queen or two double beds, luxurious private bath, ample walk-in closets with iron and ironing board, refrigerator and cable. ADA guest rooms and smoking/non-smoking rooms are also available. New central air conditioning system installed throughout the hotel in 2015.

Step down from our pool-deck into our backyard surrounded by tropical grape and palm trees and lush vegetation, leading to our pristine white sandy beach. Rejuvenate with a swim in the beautiful turquoise waters followed by a nap in our lounge chairs while being pampered with the food and beverage of your choice provided by your own server. Venture along the mile long jogging/biking path while the ocean views and breeze refresh your spirit.
Pool & Cabanas
An Olympic size heated swimming pool surrounded by Key West style cabanas. Food & beverage, bar and pool services provided. Accommodates up to 6 persons with chairs and loungers, private shower, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave.
Fitness Center
Fully equipped gym including Nautilus machines and free weights. Focus on your well-being in this intimate setting while fine tuning your body and mind. Work alone or with a trainer. Upon completion, if you feel a massage is in need, just ask and your cool down period can begin.

Come enjoy our newly renovated piano bar every night during the season. Our Emerald bar is the only gathering spot to sit back, forget the worries of daily stress and meet new friends while listening to our live pianist.
MEETING / BANQUET FACILITIES
Crystal Ballroom
Newly renovated banquet hall that easily accommodates up to 280 people to enjoy large meetings, weddings and banquets. All our meeting facilities offer complimentary wireless internet services. Additionally, we provide a Board Room, Florida and Music Rooms for more intimate and casual events.
RESORT FEE
Daily charge of $24.00 plus 11% tax per room (includes: chaise loungers pool or beachside, umbrellas, unlimited use of Fitness Center, WI-Fi throughout hotel).
